HealthServe Community Health Clinic was established in the late 1980s to advocate for the provision of primary care and preventive services to disadvantaged individuals and families in our community.

To ensure access to and provision of high quality healthcare to residents of greater Greensboro who are uninsured and underinsured.

Vision Statement

• To provide comprehensive, affordable, quality healthcare to individuals and families in our community who are without private health insurance and fall below 225 percent of the federal poverty level.
• To improve access to high quality healthcare for disadvantaged individuals and families.
• To advocate for the provision of primary care and preventive services to disadvantaged individuals and families in our community.
